Our private rooms are designed for patient and family comfort. The Emergency Department provides two trauma rooms and four additional rooms to care for patients with emergency medical needs 24/7. Van Diest Family Health Clinic serves our patients with locations in Webster City, Jewell and Stratford.

Van Diest Family Health Clinics in Webster City, Jewell and Stratford provide primary care services for Medicare and Medicaid patients, are located in provider shortage areas, and already utilize a team-based approach with physician and non-physician collaboration to provide services.
For the majority of patients visiting Van Diest Family Health Clinics, there will not be a noticeable difference in the care received since receiving accreditation. However, there are a few changes with respect to specific medications being administered that affect some patients and where they will now receive these medications.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
