How do I schedule an appointment at Chehalis urgent care?

To schedule an appointment please call our office at (360) 748-0211. Our Urgent Care clinic offers service on a walk-in basis. Urgent Care is open 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday and 9am to 4pm on the weekend. We are located at 1299 Bishop Rd, Chehalis, WA 98532.
