What is the WCAG link for the valley patient portal?

For The Valley Hospital Patient Portal: The WCAG link (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is a text-only version of the Patient Portal that allows patients with certain disabilities to more easily navigate and access their health care data. Valley is committed to providing rapid access to your healthcare records and results.

How do new patients sign up for the patient portal?

New patients who are interested in signing up for our patient portal will first need to reach out to their preferred health center to register. Once registered they will receive an email that walks them through the process to enroll in the Patient Portal.

What kind of information can I retrieve from Valley Hospital?

Retrieve Valley Hospital-related medical information such as lab results, diagnostic imaging results, medications received while in the hospital, and a record of appointments for hospital services. You'll be asked at the time of your registration if you would like to sign up.

Click one of the below links to access your Patient Portal. If you are new to the Patient Portal, please use the "New User" link. When enrolling as a new user you will be required to enter the Medical Record Number (MRN) provided to you during your last office visit.

Want to follow up on your last visit? Our secure messaging system gives you the opportunity to contact your healthcare providers, ask them questions and clarify any unclear instructions. All communication is kept confidential to ensure your personal information is safe and secure.

Request appointments or follow-up visits and view upcoming appointments.

How to get to the portal?

To get to the portal, you will first need to select an email account to use with the system. Enter the user ID and password you were given, then select LOGIN. Once you have successfully logged in, a Terms of Use Agreement will appear. Read through this and chose either Agree or Disagree.

How to update demographics?

Click on the basic demographics page. Please review the information. If necessary, you can make changes and then click “UPDATE” at the bottom of the page. If all information is correct, click “PROCEED.” (The changes will not reflect immediately.)

If you have any questions during the process, please call the Fertility Center at 201-634-5400. Please do not send any messages through the eIVF portal.
