Due to situations beyond our control, such as a provider’s emergency or illness it is sometimes necessary for us to reschedule appointments on short notice. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate our patients’ needs.
If you must reschedule an appointment for any reason, please call and let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Patients who repeatedly cancel appointments without providing a 24-hour minimum notice, or who fail to arrive, may not be allowed to schedule future appointments.
