When should I go to an Urgent Care Clinic? When your primary care provider is not available for a same-day appointment. No appointment is necessary, and we welcome new patients and walk-ins. How and when to view the results of a test. Most general test results are automatically released to your MyChart account the next day (within 24 hours). Other results are released either 4 or 14 business days after the result is finalized. Please be aware that you may see your results before your provider.

A typical e-Visits can take 10-15 minutes to complete. You cannot save your progress and return later. To start an e-Visit, log in to your MyChart account and select e-Visits from the menu. You'll then be prompted to select a symptom from the list of choices.
