Please call the telephone triage nurse at 865-974-5080 for all other appointments to see a Health Center provider. If you are experiencing COVID or flu-like syptoms on the day of your Sports Medicine, Women's Health, Allergy, or Physical Therapy appointment, call the telephone triage nurse prior to coming to the health center for your appointment.

The HealtheLife Patient Portal (formerly known as IQHealth) allows you to easily access lab and test results in your electronic medical record. It’s also how we will communicate with you about important health information.

What is the phone number for the Student Health Portal?

Patients may speak with an Appointment Clerk to book a later appointment at 865-974-3648. The portal allows patients to directly schedule non-emergent, advanced appointments online.

What is a student health center?

The Student Health Center provides non-emergent, outpatient medical care by appointment for all currently enrolled, eligible students who have paid the Health Fee portion of the Student Programs and Services Fee.

What immunizations are required?

Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine – Proof of immunizations with two doses at least 28 days apart or (+) antibody titers for any student born after 1 Jan 1957 is required.

Where can I obtain a copy of my immunizations records?

The following locations may have copies of your immunizations records that you can upload to the Student Health patient portal.

How do I upload my immunizations records?

Immunizations must be submitted to the Student Health Center online using the Student Health patient portal.

I am unable to submit my immunizations online. What do I do?

If you will be on campus before the semester begins, you may deliver your immunizations records to the Immunizations Coordinator at the Student Health Center.

Is there an exemption process?

Yes, students can request a religious or medical exemption to the immunization requirement by completing the immunizations exemption form and submitting it using the Student Health patient portal. Medical exemptions require the signature of a health care provider.

What is a deferred payment plan?

The Deferred Payment Plan is available to students in good financial standing. It allows you to pay 50 percent of your total term charges plus a $30 service charge by each term’s due date.

Can UT share financial records?

UT cannot share your financial records with third parties unless you give authorization.
