We transitioned to the UT Health East Texas MyChart patient portal on September 10, 2021. This exciting change unites all of the UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics on one portal, which means patients will have a single record at any of our facilities.
Ask your physician’s office or Patient Registration to register you. Call Patient Registration at 865-305-9501 and request an invitation to the Patient Portal. Request portal access online. You will receive an email invitation from UT Medical Center. Follow the instructions in the email.
