Is there a fee to use MyUTHealth?

MyUTHealth is a free service offered to patients beginning May 8, 2021.

When can I see my test results in MyUTHealth?

Your test results will be released to your MyUTHealth account as soon as they are available.

If some of my health information on MyUTHealth is not correct, what should I do?

Your MyUTHealth information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.

If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply?

You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note MyUTHealth should not be used for urgent situations. For medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, please dial 911 or go to the nearest medical facility.

Can my spouse and I share one MyUTHealth account?

Due to the sensitive nature of medical information, each adult must establish their own MyUTHealth account. While spouses cannot share one account, they can grant proxy access.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You may email helpdesk@myuthealth.org to request a new, secure password. You may also click the “Forgot password” link on myuthealth.org to reset your password online.

Where can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, email, or change my password)?

Log into MyUTHealth and from the left menu, go to the Preferences section and select the appropriate option.

HealtheLife Patient Portal

The HealtheLife Patient Portal (formerly known as IQHealth) allows you to easily access lab and test results in your electronic medical record. It’s also how we will communicate with you about important health information.

HealtheLife offers the ability for you to securely connect to your mobile health app (s). Email patientportal@utmck.edu with questions.

Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call during regular business hours, or request an appointment through our health portal.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results, your insurance card and photo identification to your appointment.

Payment

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and photo identification with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Refill Requests

Be sure to request medication refills at the time of your appointment. For refill requests BETWEEN appointments, please contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacist will verify your request with us electronically. Allow ONE WEEK for processing.

After-Hours & Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. Our clinics are open during regular business hours, except on Fridays in most practices. After-hours calls are handled by our answering service which may be able to help you with some urgent concerns.

Can a child enroll in a hospital after 18?

No, after an enrolled child turns 18, the child’s information automatically drops off the parent’s patient portal account. The child will need to enroll as an adult by signing up in person, with photo ID, at his or her care provider’s office.

Is self enrollment available for dependents?

Note: Self-enrollment is not currently available for dependent children. If you are a parent or manage the health of a minor, talk to the child's provider during the next visit to receive an invitation to the portal. Talk with your Methodist provider or clinic staff about enrolling.
