You will be able to access information from the current portal for a period of time. However, all health information documented after September 10, 2021, will only be added to your MyChart account.

Yes, your provider (s) should appear in MyChart under your care team. If you do not see them after setting up your MyChart account, please contact your provider’s office to have them added.

What is UT Health Austin?

If one or more of the above portals do not appear, this means you do not have an existing record within that portal. You may also have access to additional portals that are not listed here if you have an athena health account with a health system or doctor’s office outside of UT Health Austin. You will only be able to engage with those portals that contain existing records that pertain to you.

You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note MyUTHealth should not be used for urgent situations. For medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, please dial 911 or go to the nearest medical facilty.

How long does a UtHealth activation code last?

For your security, your activation code expires after 14 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, please email us at helpdesk@myuthealth.org or call 855-316-4256.

MyUTHealth is owned and operated by UTHealth and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address is treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyUTHealth.
