Call Patient Registration at 865-305-9501 and request an invitation to the Patient Portal. Request portal access online. You will receive an email invitation from UT Medical Center. Patient Portal Patients are able to view lab, radiology, and pathology results*, medications, and immunizations, in addition to requesting appointments, downloading documents and maintaining personal information on the MyJacksonHealth Patient Portal.

MyJacksonHealth is a private web portal designed for you to access your personal medical information, making it easy to stay connected and manage your health.
During your registration or discharge, simply provide us with your email address. You will receive instructions in an email invitation within 24 hours of enrolling.
Simply click on the link provided in the invitation email to verify your personal information.
You can contact your health provider or hospital for an amendment form.
MyJacksonHealth uses industry-verified security technology to keep your records safe.
You may download any files located in the “Discharge Summary Packet” section of the portal.
Our office is committed to providing quality and cost‐effective healthcare to our patients. It is essential that you understand what services are covered by your insurance plan and obtain all authorizations prior to your appointment. Your doctor may recommend services he/she feels are beneficial but may not be covered by insurance.
Your health plan may not provide benefits for preventative services. It is important you determine if your plan offers benefits for this service and their guidelines for it. We use industry standard codes and guidelines to submit insurance claims based on the encounter and documentation in the medical record.
We will send a statement (to the billing address you provide) notifying you of any balances you may owe. If you have any questions or dispute the validity of any balance, it is your responsibility to contact our billing office within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the initial statement.
MyUTHealth is a free service offered to patients beginning May 8, 2021.
Your test results will be released to your MyUTHealth account as soon as they are available.
Your MyUTHealth information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.
You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note MyUTHealth should not be used for urgent situations. For medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, please dial 911 or go to the nearest medical facility.
Due to the sensitive nature of medical information, each adult must establish their own MyUTHealth account. While spouses cannot share one account, they can grant proxy access.
You may email helpdesk@myuthealth.org to request a new, secure password. You may also click the “Forgot password” link on myuthealth.org to reset your password online.
Log into MyUTHealth and from the left menu, go to the Preferences section and select the appropriate option.
