What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is an application that allows patients to access portions of their electronic health records, including laboratory and medical imaging results securely and conveniently from any computer or device that connects to the internet.

How do I access SOMC’s Patient Portal?

The SOMC Patient Portal is also available on your mobile device through the MHealth app. Download MHealth from the app store and click “Portal Near Me”. Choose Southern Ohio Medical Center and use your patient portal login. It is that easy! You can still access SOMC’s old Patient Portal for results prior to 8/1/20 by clicking the link below:

When is new student data loaded into the patient portal?

New student data is loaded into the patient portal two terms (6 months) prior to your scheduled start date. If you attempt to login too far in advance, the system will not allow it.

What if I don't remember my Patient Portal username or password?

Important Notice: If you are trying to access your Patient Portal account and do not remember your Username or Password please contact our office for assistance. Due to some security changes with the newest version of the Patient Portal, the username/password recovery process has changed.

How long is the OSC portal open?

Portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to: Request Appointments. Exchange secure messages with your OSC physician. Request prescription refills. Reduce in-office wait time by completing medical forms online prior to your appointment. Access your personal health record.

Do you need a portal account to pay bills?

Pay your bill (A portal account is not required to securely pay bills online) In order to access the new portal we need to provide you with a security token. This will ensure greater security and connect you to your healthcare account at Orthopaedic & Spine Center.
