Appointments and walk-ins are available as supply allows. For those age 12 to 17: The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for people age 12 or older. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccines are authorized for people age 18 or older.

How many visitors per patient at USF?

How is the USF ambulatory surgery center screened?

All Ambulatory Surgery Center patients are screened through the pre-admission process and then again through COVID-19 testing prior to the surgical/procedure date. At any time, if your symptoms change or you have any questions, a member of the USF team is available to address and assist.
