UR Medicine MyChart Alerts allows mobile subscribers to opt-in to receive information from UR Medicine (Strong Memorial Hospital, Highland Hospital, and FF Thompson Hospital, their doctors and clinics, and other participating physicians) through SMS messages straight to the subscriber's phone.

MyChart is available at no cost to patients who are seen at a URMC outpatient office.
