If you have a phone or video visit, and a medical provider recommends an in-clinic appointment, that will be scheduled. 3 All students who visit the SHC will need to wear a face covering. 4 Patients with respiratory symptoms will be kept separated from non-respiratory patients by scheduling times and utilizing different entrances and areas of the health center. 5 If the SHC is experiencing a surge of patients with respiratory symptoms, individuals with non-respiratory concerns may be asked to work with an off-campus provider for care during these times. 6 All SHC visits are by appointment only. No walk-in permitted. 7 You can get care without leaving your home or room.

The SHC can provide immediate dispensing of many commonly prescribed and over-the-counter medications during your appointment. A physician, nurse practitioner, and/or physician assistant along with a registered nurse are on duty during operating hours. Students are seen by appointment only.
