Boynton Health requires patients to have health insurance coverage. We accept most insurance plans. Check with your health insurance provider to see if Boynton is in their provider network.

COVID-19 testing from Boynton is available to all University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff systemwide.

Boynton Health offers COVID-19 testing by appointment only to University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff systemwide. Testing is done within a secured area of the Recreation and Wellness Center (RecWell). Limited hours available for testing at the St. Paul Clinic in Coffey Hall as well.

We screen all patients for COVID-19 symptoms and check their temperatures before entering our clinic. People with symptoms have to reschedule their appointments.
Students who have paid the Student Services Fee may receive one comprehensive eye exam (excludes exam for contact lenses) per year at Boynton at no out-of-pocket cost.
We evaluate your internal and external eye health, check for glaucoma, cataracts and eye problems associated with disease like diabetes and high blood pressure. Annual eye exams are recommended.
