That is the intersection of Eddy St and Dudley St. Our building is directly across from that intersection. 2 Dudley Street. You will need to enter the doorway labeled "Medical Office Center". See below for parking lot options.

When to call for prescription renewal?

When calling for a prescription renewal, please know the name of the drug that you need and telephone number of the pharmacy where you fill your prescriptions. Please monitor you medication supply to avoid the need for prescription renewals on weekends or holidays. Refills should be requested during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. There are many medications that the on-call physicians cannot refill over the phone. We prefer 48 hours notice for refills. This allows us time to get your physician's approval and the pharmacy time to fill the prescription.

What is the voice mail number for a non-emergent call?

Non-emergent messages can be left on the voice mail system @ 444-6120 and will be retrieved the next business day.

Is there a handicap parking lot at the Medical Office Center?

Valet parking is available for those with handicap parking permits only. Parking attendants will greet you in front of our doorway (Medical Office Center). Designated handicap areas are also available in public parking areas.
