Feb 17, 2016 · The UMaine Portal is used to access internal information and forms from departments such as the Office of Human Resources, Office of Student Financial Aid, and information related to university operations and services. The portal has a single sign-on feature — log in once and access MaineStreet, Gmail, Brightspace and other apps.
Your University of Maine System (UMS) user account is used to access services such as the UMaine Portal, MaineStreet, BlackBoard, and email. Tools to activate your account, recover a lost password, and other help can be found on the UMS User Account Management Functions site.
MaineStreet is used to add and drop courses, view account balances, check course schedules, make payments, peruse student records and more.
