Uinta Medical Group offers a free online Patient Portal where you can access information about your care and communicate with your provider.

Register for myHuntHealth

To register for a myHuntHealth account, click the "Enroll Here" button on the top-right side of this page. When setting up your account, you will be prompted for your patient number which is located on your discharge paperwork (this number will start with a G). You may also find your G number by calling 903.408.5886.
