The MyChart patient portal offers a convenient and secure way to manage your healthcare online — anytime, anywhere. Use MyChart to request appointments, communicate with your care team, request prescription renewals, view test results, access medical records, pay bills and more.
Use self sign-up to receive an activation code. Visit the MyChart sign-up login page and under the right-hand menu, select "Sign up now." Then, click on the button that says "Sign up online" under " No Activation Code?" Follow the steps on the next screens to complete the form and verify your identity. Patients under 18 require a parent or adult proxy to sign up.
To enable two-step verification, log into MyChart and under "Menu," select "Security Settings." Then, click on the button that says, "Turn on two-step verification."
