What happened to the UIC portal?

The portal (my.uic.edu) has been upgraded to the latest version. You can access the old and new version from this page. The new portal has been streamlined and is personalized as to your role UIC (Faculty/Staff/Student).

What is a carousel in UIC portal?

A carousel is a rotating set of images, rotation stops on keyboard focus on carousel tab controls or hovering the mouse pointer over images. Use the tabs or the previous and next buttons to change the displayed slide. The portal (my.uic.edu) has been upgraded to the latest version.

What is uiui Health’s MyChart?

UI Health has launched MyChart to provide you better access and management of your electronic health record! Manage your appointments, cancellations, get reminders, and review past appointments; also signup for “Fast Pass” to get alerts when an earlier appointment opens up. Meet with your healthcare team from your smartphone or computer.

Option 2 – Self-enrollment from anywhere

If you have your Medical Record Number (MRN) or if we have your e-mail address on file, you can sign up for the portal remotely. Your MRN will be printed on your visit summary and discharge paperwork. You must be over age 18 to enroll.

The WH&CS Patient Portal offers a variety of online options in an effort to improve patient access to SHC services; streamline your patient experience at SHC and facilitate communications between you and your providers and other SHC staff.
