What is the University of Rochester Health Service?

The University Health Service office provides confidential health care for students and other community members. The Counseling Center provides assessments and treatment plans to members of the University of Rochester community. The Health Promotion Office inspires the University of Rochester community to live, grow, and thrive.

How do I come to UHS for personal health care?

Residents and fellows who would like to come to UHS for their personal health care are asked to call (585) 275-2638 or e-mail kbrock@uhs.rochester.edu to register to become a UHS patient. Once you are registered as a UHS patient, you can call (585) 275-2662 to schedule an appointment at any UHS office.

What information do I need to sign up for uhsconnect?

Your email address must be included in your UHS electronic health record to sign up for UHSConnect. Full time University of Rochester students must use their official UR email address assigned by the University. Enter your UHSConnect ID #, birthdate (mmddyyyy), email, and security question with answer as prompted.

How do I contact UHS MyChart?

We are available to help you by phone or email. Disclaimer: You can now access your health records through a 3rd party application from a phone or tablet. If you have any UHS MyChart portal questions or 3rd party application questions, please call (607) 584-4004, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
