Eligible UHC patients and clients who have scheduled appointments are subject to a $20 charge for late arrival or missed appointments. This includes same-day appointments.
Healthcare services at UHC are available at reasonable costs. When a student pays the UGA health fee each semester, the cost of the visit with a provider or nurse in the Medical Clinic is included. Any labwork, xrays, medicines, supplies, or procedures are charged a modest fee.

CAPS has a brief treatment model—your needs may be best served outside of CAPS. The Athens area has great resources that you and the screening clinician will discuss as needed.
You must be located in the state of Georgia at the time the phone screening is conducted.
Appointments are necessary except in case of emergency. All patients can call the clinic to schedule appointments: 706-542-8700.
If necessary, cancel or reschedule your appointment by 24 hours on the preceding business day to avoid a $30 missed-appointment charge.
