How to make an appointment for fertility?

To make an appointment, call the hotline 415-353-9115. You will be contacted within 2 business days - and usually sooner! A patient navigator will be your first contact and serve as your care coordinator. Early referral to a fertility specialist has been the standard of care for young cancer patients since 2012.
