What is a patient portal?

Visit the MyChart sign-up login page and under the right-hand menu, select "Sign up now." Then, click on the button that says "Sign up online" under "No Activation Code?" Follow the steps on the next screens to complete the form and verify your identity. Patients under 18 require a parent or adult proxy to sign up. Already have an activation code?

What is a physician portal?

Simply login to the portal using your UCINetID and password.

Two-step verification helps you safeguard your MyChart account by sending a code to your designated email address or phone number after you log into the portal. While two-step verification is optional, you are encouraged to activate it to add another level of security to your account.
