How to sign up for the patient portal?

If you are not yet web-enabled for our patient portal and would like to schedule an appointment online, call 407-823-2701 or email covid19vaccine@ucf.edu with your name and UCF ID number. There is no cost to the patient for the vaccine. Providers will charge an administration fee for administering the vaccine.
