COVID-19 Vaccine and Verification

COVID-19 vaccinations are required for University of California students. Upload your proof of completion to the patient portal by Monday, Aug. 16. Watch the video tutorial on "how to upload" below.

Clinic Updates

The Student Health Services COVID-19 vaccine clinic takes place every Friday from 1–3:30 p.m. at Student Health Services, adjacent to Lot 15. To schedule an appointment, please contact the COVID Hotline at (844) 827-6827. Please note that your vaccine will be free regardless of insurance.

Immunization and TB requirements for students

All UC students must upload proof of required vaccines, complete the TB screening questions and complete TB testing clearance if required. TB testing must be dated within 12 months of your first date of attendance. All students must upload proof of immunizations the same day they enter dates in their patient portal in medical clearance.

Seasonal Influenza

The seasonal influenza vaccine is always highly recommended. Flu vaccinations will be available at SHS in late summer, early fall each year. They will also be available at local pharmacies and from your medical provider.
