Can you remove your mask at UAMS?

Please do not remove your mask until asked to do so by a UAMS employee. Visitors required or recommended to quarantine by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) due to illness, potential exposure, travel or other reason are not allowed at UAMS until cleared by ADH.

Getting Started

If you are an active patient, you can create a Patient Portal account. You will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to create your on-line account.

Requesting Your PIN

During your office visit, you can request Patient Portal Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the front desk or your nurse. You will be required to provide a valid photo ID.

Secure PIN Letter

This letter will include your unique and secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) and will guide you through your new account registration process. Your PIN will only be used one time during the Identification Verification process of creating your new account. When creating your new Portal account, please make note of your Username and Password.

E-mail Requirements

Each patient is required to have a unique email address to use the Patient Portal and Secure Messaging.

Secure Messaging

You will receive a notification e-mail in your e-mail Inbox. This notification e-mail will include a link to your Patient Portal Secure Message In-box. Follow the link, log on to the Patient Portal account and you will receive your confidential (private) message.
