MyUofMHealth.org is a secure patient portal that allows UHS patients to:
Get your medical record number (MRN) and activation code by calling the Patient Portal Help Desk at 734-615-0872 (7:30 am - 4 pm). Then create your account at MyUofMHealth.org by clicking the blue "Sign Up Now" button.
For all others: You must be registered as a patient in the UHS electronic health record (MiChart) in order to create a portal account.
Be sure to click “Open Zoom Meetings” if prompted. Wait for your host (your health care provider) to join and start the meeting. Once the host (your health care provider) joins, select “Join with Video” to turn the camera on so you and your health care provider can see each other.

You will be able to see, hear, and speak to your provider and they will be able to see, hear, and speak to you, similar to the experience you might get using Apple FaceTime or Skype calls.
Anyone can request a Video Visit! Contact the clinic you are interested in being seen by, and ask if Video Visits are available. If Video Visits are available for the type of evaluation or care you need, the clinic staff will assist you in scheduling a Video Visit appointment.
To request a standard Video Visit, call the clinic you are interested in being seen by and ask about scheduling a Video Visit. If the type of evaluation or care you need can be done through a Video Visit, the clinic staff will help you schedule a Video Visit appointment.
For most video visit services, you'll pay the same amount that you would if you got the services in person. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles apply.
If you do not have health care insurance, or your insurance benefits do not include coverage for virtual care services, you may request a self-pay discount by calling Patient Financial Services at 1-855-855-0863 after receiving a bill for your visit.
