Is the patient portal different from my pm pediatric care telemedicine account?

IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine

How do I sign up for the Allegro Pediatrics patient portal?

You must be a current Allegro Pediatrics patient family to register for the patient portal. If you would like to sign up for a patient portal account, please fill out this form.

Who is eligible to register for the patient portal?

Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family member's health information. We are asking all patient families to login and as soon as possible and update the patient history information.

How do I set up a portal login for a patient?

You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
