Yes. Patients can create a family login account that will allow them to access selected family members' health information within the same login account. Family members will have the same access to patient information and actions. In order to setup an account of this nature, log into each patient's portal account.

Our patients come to us from throughout southwest Indiana and neighboring counties of Illinois. We accept all Medicaid, HIP 2.0, Medicare, Affordable Care Act insurance coverages and most commercial plans. We are always accepting new patients whether you have insurance or not. Tulip Tree Family Health Care opened its doors in 1999 and we have been growing to meet the needs of our patients ever since. Our clinic is supported by fees paid by patients and insurance companies for services, grants from the Indiana State Department of Health, grants from private foundations and businesses, and individual donations.

Is Tulip Tree open on Fridays?

It is sometimes hard to get in as quickly as hoped; but, they do try their best if you have a medical condition that is not severe enough for a visit to the ER. The only true disadvantage is they are not open on Fridays.
