What is the cancellation fee for a no show appointment?

Cancellation, no show, and late fees. If you are late for your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $20 No Show fee. Please note: Insurance does not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations.

I waited over 6 months to see Dr Byrne. She was great. The problem I have is that I was told to purchased a SIBO test out of pocket for $200. When it came back positive, no one called me, but I reached out to them and they said she no longer worked at Tulane and there was no other holistic doctor who could help me.
