The Clinic Portal gives you access to the records from your doctor’s office. Gain access to your private health information and receive periodic updates and reminders from your doctor on your personal e-mail address! The Clinical Portal includes information from the following facilities:
The Hospital Portal gives you access to records from an inpatient hospital stay or an Emergency Room Visit. How many times have you been asked by your provider about your prior hospital stays or procedures? Now your personal health information is at your fingertips anywhere, anytime 24/7.
If you are late for your appointment you may be charged a No-Show fee and asked to reschedule. Bring your (1) Tulane Splash Card, (2) insurance card, (3) driver's license or state ID, and (4) form of payment /credit card.
The Health Center is an appointment-based clinic. If the online appointment times shown on the Patient Portal do not work with your schedule or you need urgent or acute care, please call for assistance. For scheduling assistance, please call your preferred clinic location (Uptown or Downtown).

If you DO NOT intend to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, please submit the COVID-19 Vaccine Declination Form and indicate whether you are declining for medical, religious or personal reasons by following these instructions:
All communication regarding your immunization records is private and visible only via secure messaging in the Patient Portal. When you have a new secure message, you will receive an alert in your Tulane email directing you to the Patient Portal.

Louisiana law (R.S. 17:170 - Schools of Higher Learning) requires proof of dates of immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, and tetanus-diphtheria for all first-time students born on or after January 1, 1957, and for reentering students (born on or after January 1, 1957) who have been out of school for one semester or longer.
