How do I request access to Tufts Medical Center patient portals?

Use the links below to request access, register your account and login to your patient portals. There are currently multiple portals available to Tufts Medical Center patients. This is because our physicians and clinics have chosen the best possible portals for their individual patient groups.

What is the Tufts University Medford portal?

This portal is for students of Tufts University Medford/Somerville Campus and the SMFA at Tufts. Please Log On using your Tufts University User Name and Password.

How do I log in to my Tufts SIS?

Log in with your Tufts credentials at go.tufts.edu/sis. To access course descriptions and schedules, registration, financial aid, grades and transcripts, and more.

What is the phone number for a telehealth appointment?

Call us (617-627-3350) for any acute illness or injury, chronic conditions and routine healthcare needs. Most appointments are telehealth visits but if the clinician determines that they need to see you in person, they will help you schedule an appointment.

Is office visit covered by Health and Wellness?

Office visits are covered for all undergraduate and graduate students who have paid a Health and Wellness fee. We have a lab on site as well as a pharmacy that delivers daily. Student input and feedback is core to our mission. Our Phone Number: 617-627-3350.
