Because Tufts Medical Center Primary Care Physicians are such a large part of our patients' wellness and care team, we know that many patients are interested in viewing their Primary Care medical records and communicating with their doctors online. That's why we created dedicated Primary Care portals for our patients.

To request access to the portal for your Primary Care practice, please use our online registration form.
