If you are a current Tuality patient, you can view your lab results by using the online health management tool, Tuality MyChart.

What is Tuality Physicians?

Tuality Physicians is a full-service Family Medicine and Urgent Care facility that offers outstanding, high-quality medical care at our Hillsboro, Oregon location. The professional staff at the facility provides treatment for and management of many chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as treatment for acute conditions like headaches and urinary tract infections. The facility is also known for its urgent care practice, which provides quick access to treatment for a wide variety of acute conditions, from ankle sprains and lacerations to colds and flu. The facility also offers chiropractic care and mental health counseling to its patients. Patients who visit the facility are provided the most effective treatment plans possible for their individual cases.

What is the patient portal?

The patient portal is designed for routine health management. It should not be used for emergency related questions. If you have an emergency or other urgent matter, call 911 or proceed immediately to the Trinity Emergency/Trauma Center.

How to sign up for patient portal?

When you appear at a clinic or have a hospital visit, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the patient portal. Provided you give us a photo ID and a valid email address, you will receive an email invitation with a link that connects you to another secure site where you set up your portal user account. Once you’ve followed the link you will be given directions on how to complete the registration process.
