Access Secure Patient Portal Your health records when you need them. Once you become a patient of TRUEcare Integrative Medicine you will be directed to create a patient health records account through Elation. This will be your secure online portal where you can review your treatment plan, handouts, lab results and message your doctor.

First Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in San Diego County to offer MyChart with Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) System

San Marcos, Calif., March 29, 2021 — TrueCare™, a nonprofit healthcare provider for the underserved in North San Diego and South Riverside Counties, officially launched its MyChart® patient portal today to help patients easily access and manage their health information, now at their fingertips, in one secure online website.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
