The Centennial Hospital campus also houses two medical office buildings with practices that provide a wide range of clinical services including cardiology, ENT and primary care . In addition, we provide a comprehensive breast health center with state-of-the-art 3-D digital mammography, breast ultrasound and bone density testing as well as an on-site pharmacy with weekday service (303-699-3070).
The hours of operation at the TriStar Centennial Tower Registration are Mon - Fri: 5:30am - 6:00pm. All patients entering the Tower for any inpatient stays or outpatient tests and procedures must first come through Registration at the Tower. The Registration Desk is located on the first floor of the Tower in the main lobby and may be reached at (615) 342-1547 .
The Emergency Room may be reached at (615) 342-1500 and is located on the first floor of the TriStar Centennial Tower at the corner of Leslie Avenue and 23rd Avenue North.
TriStar Parthenon Pavilion conducts a free assessment prior to admission. The hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
