When you appear at a clinic or have a hospital visit, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the patient portal. Provided you give us a photo ID and a valid email address, you will receive an email invitation with a link that connects you to another secure site where you set up your portal user account. Once you’ve followed the link you will be given directions on how to complete the registration process.

Medical Records Request

It is the policy and obligation of TRMC to protect the confidentiality of the patient's medical record. Any information contained in the medical record is confidential and protected by federal and state law. Therefore, patient information may only be released upon receipt of appropriate patient authorization, valid subpoena or court order.

Hours of Operation

Records requested for continuing care purposes will be sent directly to your physician or other health care facility. If you have a follow-up appointment, please be sure to include the date of your appointment on your request.
