How do I view my test results in the patient portal?

Enter your Username and Password provided in the Patient Portal Brochure you received in-office at your appointment. Click the ‘Login’ button. Click the ‘Tests and Results’ tab at the top of the first screen when logging on. Click the ‘Messages’ tab at top. Click on the message for an explanation of your results.

At Trillium Creek Dermatology, we are pleased to offer an interactive patient portal that helps you take control and access your medical information at your convenience.

Test Results

You will be contacted by an automated call, text, and email once we have received your results, asking you to login to the Patient Portal. *Please be advised that results may take up to 2 weeks to be received and updated to your portal.

Desktop Instructions

Go to: www.TCOhio.com. Scroll on the homepage and click on the ‘Patient Portal’ button.

Click the ‘Tests and Results’ tab at the top of the first screen when logging on.

To find biopsy results, patients will click on “My Health” at the bottom, then “Tests & Results” and there will be a copy of the path report.
