Welcome to Tri County Family Physicians

In 1976, our practice was established with the goal of providing quality medical care to members of all ages in our surrounding communities. Our highly skilled physicians have a passion for family medicine and serving patients from newborns to the elderly.

Prescription Policies and Information

Your physician will generally prescribe your long term medication in sufficient quantity to cover you until the time of your next appointment. Since many patients obtain their prescription medication from a mail order service, follow up visits should be scheduled early enough to give you time to get your medication renewed prior to running out.

Is online payment secure?

These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect. Some amount of risk remains and you, the owner of the financial data and user of the portal, assume that risk.

Can you use the Portal for urgent care?

The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office 781-344-3791, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances.

Signing Up

Your doctor's office will provide you with a username and password to give you Patient Portal access.#N#You can also get access by calling our Customer Service Department at (614) 423-6916 or toll-free at (844) 245-5538.#N#The first time you log in, you will need to review the consent forms and click on next, then check the box, and click on agree.

Telehealth Visits

In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we are working to offer virtual Telehealth visits instead of in-person visits for certain situations.
