(Triad) was created in 2008 to provide medical services to all residents of the service area with emphasis on the uninsured and under-insured residents. The service area includes Carroll, Gallatin and Owen counties. Services are provided in collaboration with area agencies, organizations and health care providers.Triad has expanded its services to include medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health and diabetic education.
