How do I access my imaging exam reports?

Your medical records include both a written report which lists the findings and diagnosis of your imaging exam and the actual images from the exam which are often requested by a referring physician. The patient portal allows you to access and print your exam reports online. Please note reports are not posted to the portal right away.
