What is a patient portal?

To enroll in LCMC Health Patient Portal, you will use your access code. The access code you receive will give you the opportunity to create a personal login name (called “LCMC Health Patient Portal Username”) and a password. Once this access code has been used or after 60 days of assignment, it will no longer be valid.

You may only need to visit the doctor’s office a few times a year, but we want those visits to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our office has been designed to achieve this goal, with a comfortable reception area and well-equipped treatment rooms that maximize efficiency in care.
