The reception is TERRIBLE, it provides NO service and just ruins the whole experience: - Call for any reason on average takes 25+ minutes of wait - Call back (nurse or somebody who can renew prescription) takes 1.5 days - Renewed prescriptions are done with mistakes I had to schedule an appointment with a doctor because 3 sent prescriptions were done incorrectly or sent to a wrong pharmacy.
