Why choose total women's health care?

Our goal is to provide women in the West Springfield and surrounding communities with total, quality, gynecological care provided by Dr. Aleli L. Villanueva, Sonia Krotkov, PA-C, and Johanna Rizzardini, CNM. Originally begun as Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, Total Women's Health Care has been providing care to women for nearly 50 years.

What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal enables our patients to communicate with our practice easily, safely, and securely over the internet. In addition, Kenia Caputo (561.716.0421) has joined TWHC to offer permanent cosmetic therapy for our patients, their families, and friends.

Is total health care a government program?

THC is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233 (h). Total Health Care participates in the federal 340B (a) (4) pharmacy program under the Public Health Service Act.

Billing Questions

Copayments are due and payable at the time services are rendered. Patients who are not covered by a healthcare insurance plan with which TotalCare for Women participates, must make arrangements with our billing department at our Chesapeake location prior to being seen.

Only you will have access to your health records, including any messages or information sent to you from the practice.#N#With the patient portal you will be able to: 1 Send and receive non-urgent messages and information from your doctor's office, including test results and educational material 2 Easily notify the practice of changes to your personal information, including phone number, address, and insurance changes 3 Request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at the practice 4 View upcoming and previous appointments, including the doctor and location of those appointments 5 View and/or print your current medications and allergies list

Do I need an email address to access portal?

You will also need an email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account.
