Total Health Concepts, located in Vienna, VA, was established by Virginia Inglese in 1986 to serve as a counseling center with a holistic approach to health, healing, and recovery. Total Health Concepts addresses the physical and emotional needs of the person in their environment. In more than 30 years, we have helped countless individuals of various ages and backgrounds reach their true life fulfillment. Our success is founded upon addressing the barriers and underlying issues, thus enhancing long-term recovery. Our team of counselors draws upon inner strengths and reconnects mind and body to enhance health, energy, and personal well-being.

Where is Total Health Concepts located?

Total Health Concepts is offering teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time as well as in person at our Vienna Office, located at 410 Pine Street, Suite 150, Vienna, Virginia 22180. We are a provider for Carefirst/BlueCross and Tricare. We are still accepting new clients and are offering phone and video sessions via Zoom and in person.
