Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. Your pharmacy will fax us the request and your refills will be processed within 72 hours. You may also request refills on the patient portal. I have to honestly say it has been a few years since I've seen Dr. Whitely because I stopped. He literally made me feel as if I was a bother to him, I was beneath him. It's Doctor's like this that give the profession a bad name. I try and be polite and respectful but don't treat me like that, or anyone for that matter.
