What is the patient portal and how does it work?

Our Patient Portal is a valuable tool that allows you to communicate with your provider electronically, keep track of your personal health information, manage upcoming appointments, and request prescription renewals. If you are a NEW PATIENT, you may also fill out your registration forms through the patient portal.

Children under 12 years of age and dependent adults who have a Dignity Health doctor may have a My Portal (Patient Portal) account with an adult as the proxy. Accounts are not available for adolescents 12 – 17 years of age.
