Payments can also be made by contacting our TPMG Central Billing Office at (757) 232-8777, and a representative will process your payment over the phone. All TPMG offices are available to receive payments for services that were performed at another TPMG office.
If you need additional assistance with your concern, please email our patient advocate at PatientAdvocate@tpmgpc.com, or call (757) 232-8855.
To self-register, obtain a registration PIN by contacting your health care providers’ office. Your PIN will be sent via your preferred method of communication, either email or text message.
While the previous Patient Portal will still be accessible to retrieve your past lab results or messages, you will not be able to communicate with your TPMG provider through that Patient Portal. If you have any questions about registering for the new Patient Portal, contact your health care provider’s office.
TPMG offices reserve the right to charge a fee to patients who miss an appointment, procedure and/or scheduled surgery. Fees may vary; therefore, we recommend that you ask your physician’s office for information regarding their policy pertaining to missed appointments. Fees for missed appointments are not covered by insurance companies and are the responsibility of the patient. Failure to pay any fees may result in the patient’s account being transferred to an outside collection agency. Please contact the office when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.

Do you suffer from urinary incontinence (leaky bladder) or other pelvic floor disorders? Our expert urogynecologists, Dr. Ramzi Aboujaoude and Dr. Boyd Clary, can help you get your quality of life back.
While there may be some overlap with women’s health specialists and primary care physicians, reasons for visiting an OB-GYN (obstetrician-gynecologist) aren’t quite the same as why you might need to make an appointment with a local Richmond, VA area doctor that serves the larger public. But when should you see a women’s health specialist versus your regular doctor?
A great relationship with your OB-GYN means always having a champion in your corner that puts compassion and personalized care above all else. Instead of shuttling you through your appointment, VPFW’s women’s health specialists are attentive to your needs and share excellent resources to help you optimize your health. They are advocates for women in today’s health care system.
At VPFW, a women’s health specialist is a physician for women, but the health issues they screen for at routine visits are not limited to female sexual and reproductive health. While they focus on gynecologic issues, our women’s health specialists conduct comprehensive exams and often catch other health problems such as heart and lung issues, bone density concerns, neurological disorders, depression and anxiety, and more. They look for any type of health risk.
Since an OB-GYN is a specialist that deals with issues that specifically impact women, it’s important to see them for annual well-women exams as well as for any women’s health issues or concerns. In addition to gynecology, pregnancy, and childbirth, OB-GYNs also deal with contraception, infertility, cancer prevention and screenings, breast health, menopause treatment, and other areas of female reproductive health–even beyond the reproductive years.
We are able to offer same-day appointments for urgent needs, and our experienced phone nurses can help answer questions between visits. They can also advise you if you’re not sure whether you need to come in to see an OBGYN provider. And we always have on-call physicians for after-hours emergencies.

The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
