What is the patient portal?

The Tidelands Health patient portal gives you easy access to view lab results, send and receive messages securely, request an appointment and more. Provide your email address to your provider practice, and you’ll be sent your username and temporary password. You have two ways to set up your patient portal account — either online or through the app.

Tidelands Health partners with MRO to process medical records requests. For help with a request, please contact MRO at 610-994-7500, option 1, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. EST and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. EST.

Who must provide proof of identification?

All requesters must provide proof of identification or documented proof of legal relationship – personal representative, patient advocate, executor, trustee or guardian. Those with a legal relationship with the patient as listed will need to provide proof of identification.

We're particularly excited about our new In-House Insurance Program. For $265annually, you receive two dentist exams, two routine cleanings, bitewing X-rays for the year covered. It's that simple. No lengthy contracts to sign. Renewable yearly.
